Revenue execution / Executive intelligence

Before buying meetings, define the conversation.

Brenda Mana · October 15, 2026

“Qualified meeting” needs a shared definition.

Who needs to attend?
What problem must be relevant?
Which geography or service is in scope?
What evidence confirms attendance?
Which existing relationships are excluded?

Without those answers, the campaign team and the receiving team may evaluate the same appointment differently.

I want observable criteria that both sides can apply. Then I want a simple acceptance process when a conversation meets them.

That gives the business a clearer view of what it is actually receiving.

Could two people independently classify your last meeting the same way?
